Here's the situation: A working woman and grandmother gets dropped by her health insurance company while she is still in the process of getting chemo. She has to stop her treatments until she can get a charity to help her pay.
Judge awards her $9 million bucks--
and
THAT'S when the insurance company decides to change it's policies, and make an apology.
How sincere.
How deeply compassionate.
I'm sure there was no opportunity between the time she brought her complaint and the point at which the judgement came down for them to reconsider their actions.
I hope they rot in hell.
